These same detectives also violated my friend Sami’s 2nd Amendment rights simply because he exercised his 5th Amendment right to remain silent! Since when in this country do you lose one constitutionally protected right because you exercise another constitutional right?
They confiscated his legally owned firearms because he refused to talk to these tyrant’s with guns and badges. Sami proved to be as “game” as the dogs we love and never backed down from Tyranny, he is a true American Patriot and I am proud to call Sami my life long friend!
Sami also fought for his rights like a true American CH. would & he got his firearm’s back!

Hello fellow breeders & dog lovers,
Most of you are already aware that in June of 2017 the NYPD executed a raid on my property. I do not live in the city limits as I am 2 hours out of NYC. They based their whole case on verbiage from my website ignoring the disclaimers and the fact that I have all my people sign a contract they cherry picked what they wanted and falsely accused me of using “lingo” they say denotes breeding, selling and training dogs for the purposes of dog fighting which they have no evidence of. They also violated their own CPL (criminal procedure law), committed perjury by lying and falsifying a criminal complaint and not leaving vouchers for all the property they stole from my home and yard. Their tactics to violate the civil rights of free & innocent Americans is despicable and is in fact, criminal.
Thanks to the diligent work of my attorney’s Christopher & Eric Renfroe so far 70 of 71 trumped up bogus charges have been tossed out. The last charge, a misdemeanor is on appeal with the appellate division at this time. It cost the tax payers of NYC close to a million dollars to try and prosecute this bogus case.

I have refused to plead to anything as I am INNOCENT of these false charges, and I will fight this all the way to the end. Not just for myself but for every innocent lover and breeder of dogs out there no matter what your chosen breed of dog is.
One question remains…If I was breeding any other breed of dogs besides the great APBT would this case have ever happened? Guilty just for loving and breeding the APBT!
Make no mistake about it, if this can happen to me it can happen to any of us. You are NOT innocent until proven guilty, you ARE guilty until proven innocent in this country.
